Lesley Riddihough was born in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, in 1943 and attended Birmingham Art College.
She moved to Paris in 1962 where she worked as a model for Lanvin.
In 1969 she moved to the Balearic Island of Formentera with her two daughters. There she opened a boutique with some friends, selling her own clothes designs.
In 1981 she moved again to neighboring Ibiza where she lived and started painting, exhibiting extensively on both Ibiza and Formentera, as well as England and Germany.
In 2005 she fell in love with the enchanting village of Gaucin in Andalucia , where she can now be found still painting away in her studio.
