Chris Klees

I was born and raised in Luxembourg. Thereafter that I have been living in Germany, in India,
in Indonesia but mostly in Amsterdam. Seeing the world and its people has always been
very important to me.
Since several years now I divide my time between Amsterdam and Andalusia.

Being above all self-taught, I did already have several exhibitions in Holland before going on
to Art School in Utrecht.

Exhibitions followed in Germany, France and Holland.

Photography for me is the reflection of life. The joy of it , the pain, the beauty…
all of our emotions can be expressed and/or found in it.
My preferred subjects are Nature, People and Architecture.
I love playing with light and form. And sometimes subtly veiling what we see and unveiling what might evade us.
